Tunnel Type Sandblasting Machines are used for sandblasting parts such as various sheets, steel constructions, NPU and NPI, profiles, flat sheets and angle iron.
 
The machine consists of the main body, inlet and outlet stands, filter unit, cyclone system, turbines, elevator system, separator system and control panel. The interior of the machine is covered with wear-resistant hardox and manganese steel plates. The products progress on hardened steel pipes. The feed rate can be adjusted from the control panel. Turbines are placed at the bottom and top of the machine body, bombarding from both the bottom and top, allowing the material to be sandblasted in a single pass without turning. The filter has a jet pulse system and prevents the dust released during sandblasting from escaping. Cleaning of dust in the filter cloths is carried out automatically by pulse valves.
