PIPE SANDBLASTING MACHINE

Pipe Type Sandblasting Machines consist of main body, turbines, elevator, hanging system, separator, ventilation ducts, control panel and filter system. In pipe sandblasting machines, machine dimensions are determined according to the product diameter.

Loading and unloading are done automatically on the material loading and material unloading sides of the machine.
With the separator system, consumables and dust are separated in three stages and transported to the filter through dust suction channels.
In order to obtain the desired homogeneous surface during sandblasting, there is an adjustable valve system that regulates the flow of consumables. Thanks to this system, sand flow rate adjustment can be easily achieved. Variable effective surface can be obtained by adjusting the flow rate.


The speeds of the steel rolls can be adjusted automatically on the electrical panel. (It is inverter controlled.)
